The Global Journal of Arts is a peer reviewed journal, published quaterly under the purview of The Global Journals Corporation worldwide. We invite articles for Volume 1, Number 1 (May 2016- June 2016) of The Global Journal of Arts. Guidelines for Submission

Covering Letter: Submissions must be sent to globaljournalscorp@gmail.com, mentioning that the submission is being made for the Global Journals of Arts in the subject of the mail.  All submissions must be accompanied with a covering letter, containing the name of the author/s, institutional affiliation, title and category of the submission and a contact address of the author, including the e-mail address and the phone number. The body of the submission should not contain identification of any kind, including name and institutional affiliation of the author, which must be provided in the covering letter. Submissions should be sent as MS word (.doc format) attachments with the title of the article as the file name.

• All submitted Research manuscripts must follow pattern given below:

  • Title (Maximum 120 Characters)

  • Author Name, Affiliation and Email ID

  • Abstract (Maximum 200 words)

  • Keywords 

  • Introduction

  • Problem Definition

  • Methodology / Approach

  • Results & Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Future Scope

  • References 

  • Aknowledgements (if any)

Decision on Publication: A decision on publication takes around 10 days. All submissions made are double blind refereed. The issue is out in print within 2 weeks of a decision to publish. Requests for expedited reviews can be made when the submission is being considered for publication by other Journals. In such cases, please mention a date by which you expect our response. Relaxation of any rules regarding submissions is subject to the discretion of the Board of Editors.

Rolling Submission Policy: The Journal follows a rolling submission policy, therefore we do not have a deadline to submit articles, except for the inaugural issue (refer to the call for papers). Papers submitted beyond the deadline shall be automatically considered for the following issue. Since we take decisions on publishing articles on a rolling basis, we encourage authors to submit their papers well in advance of the deadline for an upcoming issue.

Guidelines on Formatting

Form of Submission: Submissions must be in electronic form. All submissions must be word-processed, single-spaced in Garamond, font size 12 and justified. Please avoid numbering the pages in your submissions.

Abstract: All submissions must contain an abstract stating the relevant conclusions drawn in the paper. 

Tables: General guidelines

• Tables should be included in the text file at the end of the article.

• All tables should have a concise title and written as Table 1 with a period (.). E.g. Table 1. Stimulation settings

Citations: Only footnotes/endnotes may be used as the form of citations.  All citations must be in Garamond, size 10, single-spacing and justified. The Rules of Citation are generally derived from The Bluebook, A Uniform System of Citation (19th Ed.)

Processing Fees

Indian Nationals: Submissions by single authors, if found eligible upon scrutiny, are published in the Journal upon the payment of a processing fees of INR 1200 all inclusive. As a policy, all Journals of the Global Journals Corporation allow the publication of the submissions made by multiple authors as well, In case of 2 authors, the cumulative processing fees of the submissions is INR 1500 all inclusive. For further, increase in the number of authors we charge a fees of INR 500 per head with the maximum of 4 authors. Contributors are entitled to the postage of a single copy of the Journal in a CD-ROM along with an authorized certification of publication in the name of the author(s) of the contribution, as the case may be.

Foreign Nationals: Being an International Journal, The Global Journal of Arts solicits the contribution of Foreign Nationals in its issues. Submissions by single authors, if found eligible upon scrutiny, are published in the Journal upon the payment of a processing fees of $25 all inclusive. As a policy, all Journals of the Global Journals Corporation allow the publication of the submissions made by multiple authors as well, In case of 02 authors, the cumulative processing fees of the submissions is $30 all inclusive.For further, increase in the number of authors we charge a fees of $10 per head maximum of 4 authors. Contributors are entitled to the postage of a single copy of the Journal in a CD- ROM along with an authorized certification of publication in the name of the author(s) of the contribution, as the case may be.
